We offer guidance in navigating potential challenges and assist in crafting a solid shareholder agreement to ensure a successful partnership. 1 - Tell us about you: Answer the detailed questionnaire we will send after the fee payment. 2 - Database Search and Matching Analysis: We'll handpick potential cofounders who align closely with your profile and preferences. 3 - Meet Your Matches: We'll introduce you to a curated list of potential cofounders. You'll receive detailed profiles and relevant information to help you understand each candidate better. 4 - Connecting and Assessing: You'll have the opportunity to meet virtually with the selected candidates. This is a chance to get to know them, understand their vision, and assess whether you share compatible goals and values. 5 - Select Your Team. After the meetings, you'll provide feedback on the candidates you've connected with. 6 - Solidifying the Foundation: We'll guide you through drafting a comprehensive shareholder agreement. This agreement lays out roles, responsibilities, ownership percentages, and decision-making processes, setting the groundwork for a successful partnership. 7 - Pre-incubation: With your team in place and the agreement finalized, you're ready to embark on your startup adventure. We'll provide resources and ongoing support to make the transition as smooth as possible. The service is valid for one year.
