What You’ll Gain in This Strategy Session

This is a paid, one-hour strategic consultation.

During this session, I review your background, objectives,  and initial ideas to determine whether international mobility through business or structured pathways makes sense for your profile.

The goal is clarity and orientation,  not immediate decisions or execution.

Your Profile and Objectives

We review your professional background, business experience, personal priorities, and long-term considerations such as residency, security, or future citizenship interests.

Business and Structural Context

When business is part of the strategy, we discuss your business model at a high level and how it may relate to international mobility.

Countries and Possible Pathways

Based on your profile, I outline suitable jurisdictions and explain, at a high level, how different mobility pathways work, including their general requirements and limitations.

Next Steps

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of: • whether your plan is viable at this stage • what factors require adjustment or preparation • what your logical next step should be

What You’ll Receive and How It Works

This one-hour business strategy session gives you a clear understanding of available programs and the steps to move forward — from a business perspective.

1:1 Strategy Session (60 minutes)

We’ll explore your business idea and profile to assess potential fit for international programs like Startup Visa (Canada, Portugal), Entrepreneur Visas, or Digital Nomad pathways.
You’ll get clarity on program structure, business eligibility, and positioning, always from a strategic business standpoint.

Program Overview & Business Requirements

You’ll learn how the programs work, what business models or documents are typically expected, and what kind of innovation or structure aligns with each option.

I’ll walk you through practical steps from a business development perspective.

Guidance & Referrals

After the session, you'll receive a summary with personalized notes and a suggested action plan. When needed, I’ll connect you with vetted professionals such as immigration consultants, lawyers, or accountants to support your next phase.

My Background and Perspective

I left Brazil in 2016 to pursue permanent residency and citizenship in Canada and built my businesses abroad as an immigrant myself. I understand international mobility not only from a professional standpoint,
but from lived experience.

I have worked with international mobility since 2017, supporting hundreds of individuals and families in legal international moves, business expansion, and long-term relocation strategies.

I founded Innova in Canada to provide structured, compliant, and realistic guidance for those navigating cross-border decisions.

My work is supported by continuous academic and professional development. I hold postgraduate qualifications focused on:
• international law, migration, and immigration
• cross-border taxation and offshore structures
• anti-money laundering and financial compliance
• international investment, estate, and succession planning
• global corporate and financial governance

This combination allows me to connect legal, financial, and strategic perspectives when advising clients.

International mobility is a long-term planning process.

It requires legal structure, professional positioning, and alignment with personal priorities, as well as a practical understanding of how countries and programs operate in reality.

In this consultation, my role is to help you gain clarity, identify realistic directions, and understand what preparation may be required before moving forward.

Strategy comes before execution.

Once direction is defined, successful international mobility depends on local knowledge and trusted professionals on the ground.

That is why I work through Innova with a global, multidisciplinary network of government-designated incubators, immigration lawyers and licensed consultants, accountants and tax advisors, real estate and soft-landing specialists, and international education advisors.

I work only with countries I have personally visited and where I have built strong local

networks.

These relationships allow me to support clients from initial planning through local integration, until they are confident operating independently.
