The next steps can be overwhelming, and yet, this phase is crucial for immigration compliance and long-term success. In this advisory, you’ll receive strategic and hands-on support to keep your company aligned with IRCC requirements and prove real execution on Canadian soil. We help you track progress, prepare documentation, and organize the most critical pillars of your business. You’ll have access to: - 8 sessions (booked flexibly via your advisor's calendar) - Google Workspace shared folder to organize and track documentation - Quarterly report to summarize milestones and compliance actions - Immigration liaison support, acting as a bridge between your startup and your immigration team - Bookkeeping coordination to ensure incorporation, tax ID, and submission to CRA are aligned with PR expectations What’s Included: - 60–90 min onboarding call - Review of Letter of Support and IRCC milestones - Setup of folders, task tracker, and compliance checklist - Monthly reporting review - Bi-weekly strategic sessions (via Google Meet) - IRCC documentation support - Liaison with your immigration consultant - Guidance on Annual Return and financial records This is the advisory program that ensures you don’t just submit a business plan — you actually deliver it.
